19 challengers, 12 votes and abs/core/back still won.
Abs/Core/Back = 6
Lower body/legs = 2
Upper body/arms = 4
For anyone who decides to stick around for June we'll do either upper or lower body. Now this does NOT mean that you can't still work the other parts yourself, but for the purpose of the Challenge we are focusing on abs/core/back for May.
The rules: (in addition to the regular rules)
1. Minimum of 400 minutes of cardio for the month. Strength training is in addition to that.
2. You must do the following ab exercises 3 days a week
-5-10 planks holding for 30 seconds each (the length of 1 TV commercial)
-3 sets of 10-15 of Bridge-Ups
- 3 sets of routine that Roni mentioned on a recent entry
-Start with 10 Reverse Sit Ups
-Then 10 Basic Crunches
-Then do 10 of them together (aka a Full Crunch)
-Alternate ab stuff here if the above isn't enough.
3. Set a personal goal and post it in your blog and in the upcoming Goals Post.
4. Be sure to check in by commenting in the weekly check-in post which will be on Friday's.
