Place your vote for the May Challenge body part

Please leave a comment with the part you would like to work for the May Challenge. This would be in addition to what ever exercise regimen you already have.
Majority wins!

1. Upper body/Arms (biceps, shoulders, triceps, chest)
2. Abs/Core/Back (core)
3. Lower body/Legs (lower body) If we choose lower body I have a crazy squat that my dance instructor makes us do that is a killer but great to do!

When I did my fitness age re-test, the paltry improvement in bicep strength was just EMBARASSING!

Since I work with a trainer, most of my body parts are already spoken for. :) So I'll go with abs/core, which I can work on almost every day.

I vote lower body all the way! I have a bootay I need to get under control for the month of May. I need to be able to put my ghetto bootay in a swimsuit soon so I need to become best friends with the squat!

I'm going to vote for upper body. I'm going rafting in august and I need to build some upper body muscles so I don't kill myself rowing!
